【关于假捻丝(F.T.Y)】

假捻丝捻度均匀，张力一致，适应的加工丝范围更加广阔。这类加捻丝还具有潜在的卷曲和扭缩，用它生产的仿真丝绸，绸面富有弹性，手感柔软，光泽柔和，特别适合于仿双绉，仿重绉和素绉缎等的生产。这类仿真丝是用普通的涤纶长丝在加捻机上加捻、退捻，不断的上前行，最后经过一定温度的定型，把丝形固定下来。由于车速控制适当，一般要低于化纤丝加捻机的车速。定型的温度适当，一般也要低于化纤定型的温度。最佳的转速和温度的确定是因被加捻丝的材料和性质而决定的，因丝而异。因此这类加捻丝保持了一定的捻度，保有了卷曲伸缩的弹性，织成的绸缎的丝条有一定花纹，完全可以和真丝双绉媲美。即使一个内行的人仅仅从外表和手感上一时半会也难以区别仿真丝和真丝绸。而且其在色牢度等方面都要优于真丝产品。而用假捻丝织的产品不但进入了高档产品系列，每米销售价可以提高30%以上，提升了产品的附加值。
